See a pearl harvested directly from the Pinctada maxima oyster, the value of which is unknown until that moment!
Learn the journey of a pearl, from shell to showroom, and discover what makes the perfect pearl.

2. Hear about Broome's Pearling Industry

Learn about the history of pearling in Broome with a guided commentary through a tour of our Dive Room and Tender Store.

See how the pearling industry in Broome has evolved over time in a one-hour pearling masterclass where you will gain an insight into the fascinating process of modern pearl farming we use today at Willie Creek Pearl Farm to sustainably produce Australian South Sea Pearls.  

3. Touch and Try On

Hold some of our most valuable and rare pearling, diving, and mother of pearl artifacts. Try on our range of pearl jewellery in our showroom and take home your own piece of Broome’s pearling history.

4. Taste Pearl Meat

Taste the rare and expensive delicacy of pearl meat, coming from the pearl-producing Pinctada maxima oyster.
